As a graphic design graduate Jan has an eye for detail and understands the design and print process.

In addition to writing publications, researching prospectus content, creating website pages and marketing materials she also has the knowledge to take resources through every stage up to publishing.

During her time as a Communications Coordinator she produced strategic plans which reflected the need of her colleague's departments, attended economic planning meetings to inform marketing strategies and wrote all of the information disseminated to clients.

She helps organisations to rationalise their communications activities, identify cost effective solutions and recommend marketing activities that target general or very specific customers.
