Jan has been fortunate to have undertaken employed and freelance contracts that develop, grow and improve each organisation. Her involvement can be from one day to several months.

With the Increased expectation by employers and national funding suppliers for organisations to achieve quality awards, she is equally able to contribute to this too,.
These awards can be used to evidence customer service, student support services, staff training and dvelopment processes, etc.
Increasingly there is a pre-requirement that organisations hold specific awards for funding to be allocated and contracts won..
Bid writing
Jan is an experienced and successful bid writer.
She spends time reviewing and researching the requirements of each client before preparing documents that reflect customer needs. She is happy to prepare full documents or specific sections.

She has excellent interactive skills and developed a positive rapport with a range of audiences whilst acting as a part time consultant. All of her CPD sessions with tutors in both schools and colleges were well planned and delivered. They were informative and well managed allowing participants to feel both supported and confident that they could implement a range of CEIAG opportunities within their institutions.
