Jan was employed by the Connexions and Careers Services of Dorset and Coventry as a senior manager, communications specialist and careers adviser for over 16 years.
in August 2003, she went freelance to offer consultancy, deliver training events, write strategic and policy documents and delivered careers and jobhunting events for students, learners and job seekers
                             
She undertakes research and statistical analysis of the labour market to assist organisations to improve careers education delivery and to increase curriculum responsiveness.
She has supported Ofsted inspection and Matrix accreditation and is an Investors in Careers assessor.

She is a published writer and producer of national careers and educational materials, lesson resources (including web-based information), magazine articles, reviews and directories for professionals.
She also undertaken employer research, quality audits,and all aspects of quality improvement.

Jan is available to help you and your colleagues in any aspect of careers or IAG delivery or strategic development.
