Jan is commited to providing all her clients with the information and knowledge they require to prepare for inspection, and improve how they provide teaching and learning.
She has worked within education and training since 1988 and has the benefit of classroom and strategic level experience. She was a senior manager of a county-wide company.
She is passionate about education and is an Associate for many of the organisations improving eduction in England

She has in-depth knowledge of new and pending educational and training policies, and funding developments and has been involved in introducing initiatives such as Foundation Learning and the Diploma.

Jan works in schools, colleges and training providers .
Although able to support on many educational aspects issues her specialist areas are:

• Curriculum development based on researching the skills and recruitment needs of the local economy 

• Employer engagement
• Embedding careers education,  information, advice and guidance (IAG)
• Implementing learner support, retention and progression processes
• Listening and responding to learners of all ages
• Supporting culture changeamongst staff and partners
  
• Improving the life choices, education and achievement of students of pre and post 19
• Implementing Foundation Learning and learner support for SEN students
• Utilising labour market information to support organisation improvement
